Where stock ships from

Our stock ships from an overseas facility. That means delivery takes longer than a local warehouse, but it also lets us keep the devices affordable and offer free shipping.

Delivery window

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 days. The exact window for your device is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Customs and import duties

Because stock ships from overseas, your order may be subject to customs processing, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Multi-item orders

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Our fulfillment partner consolidates lines that ship from the same warehouse and splits the rest. You will receive tracking for each parcel that ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived by the end of the quoted window, contact Support@sanamere.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Address errors

Contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong shipping address. We cannot change the address once an order has left the fulfillment facility.
